Once Item has mailed out, the status of the parcel will appear and will be constantly updated on the YW website. If you have not received the packages after 7 days, please track the information on your own country’s postal website.

EMS

EMS express company: Packages will arrive to destination within 5 - 7 days.  JOJbuy can give 50% off discount  of  EMS offical price

One day after item has mailed out, the status of the parcel will appear and will be constantly updated on the EMS website. If you have not received the packages after 12 days, please track the information on your own country’s postal website.

DHL

DHL: Packages will arrive to destination within 3 - 5 days.It is fast and safe,you can see the status of the parcel soon after sending parcel . JOJbuy can give 50% off discount  of  DHL offical price

China Post ( Airmail for Small Package,  Air-express,  SAL Parcel,  Ocean shipping)

International package includes Air parcel, surface parcel and SAL parcel, the price is relatively low with EMS. Air parcel was promised to reach the other country in 10 - 20 days. But for some reason, it may take up to 30 days. If the package has not yet arrived after a month, please visit your country’s tracking website for more information. Chinese tracking site is updated according to the feedback from your country, so yours is more prompt and accurate.

International air parcel (for goods less than 2kg) was promised to reach other country in 20 - 30 days. The way of information tracking is the same as that of international packages.
